Row 2: Back loops only, 1 decrease, 23 single crochet, 1 increase
Row 3: Back loops only, 1 increase, 23 single crochet, 1 decrease
Repeat rows 2 and 3 to the row 24

Sew rows 1 and 14 together, and sew the sides as we show in the video

To make the strip place the yarn in one side and chain 15, and slip stitch in the same space of the 1st chain
