To adapt the size
– Start with chain multiple of 4 (-1), making the increases in the corners leaving the front opened by the middle. Make on row with holes, 1 without holes
– Make as many rows as needed to have the sleeves, 1 row with holes, 1 without holes
– Make as many rows as needed to have the bottom part, 1 row with holes, 1 without holes

Row 2: 11 half double crochet, in the same space (2 half double crochet, chain 1, 2 half double crochet), 24 half double crochet, in the same space (2 half double crochet, chain 1, 2 half double crochet) , 24 half double crochet, in the same space (2 half double crochet, chain 1, 2 half double crochet), 24 half double crochet, in the same space (2 half double crochet,  chain 1, 2 half double crochet), 11 half double crochet
Row 3: *1 half double crochet, chain 1, skip 1 stitch* Repeat around. In the corners, in the same space *2 half double crochet, chain 1, 2 half double crochet*
Row4: 1 half double crochet around. In the corners, in the same space *2 half double crochet, chain 1, 2 half double crochet*
