Mixing in the same row knit and purl we also con make textures.

One of them is the rib stitch, where you combine the knit and purl stitch 1×1 or 2×2. So, 1 knit, 1 purl, or 2 knit, 2 purl. Making in the next row the stitches that you find, where you find knit, knit and where you find purl, purl

Once I know the two basic stitches, how can I increase and decrease to make differents shapes?
