To make the hat in other size, cast on more or less stitches, and knit more or less rows

Cast on
Rows 1- 70: 100 knit stitch

Cut the yarn and leave a long end
Pass the yar needle through the stitches on the knitting needle and pull to close the hole
Continue sewing the side
