skp = slip, knit, pass the slipped stitch over the knit stitch

Cast on 20 stitches
Rows 1-2: knit 20 stitches
Row 3: skp, knit 16 stitches, k2tog
Rows 4-6: knit 18 stitches
Row 7: skp, knit 14 stitches, k2tog
Rows 8-10: knit 16 stitches
Row 11: skp, knit 12 stitches, k2tog
Rows 12-14: knit 14 stitches
Row 15: skp, knit 10 stitches, k2tog
Rows 16-18: knit 12 stitches
Row 19: skp, knit 8 stitches, k2tog
Rows 20-22: knit 10 stitches
Row 23: skp, knit 6 stitches, k2tog
Rows 24-26: knit 8 stitches
Row 27: skp, knit 4 stitches, k2tog
Rows 28-30: knit 6 stitches
