Make a chain to have the width of some cm over the waist
Row 1: 1 half double crochet around
Row 2: 1 slip stitch around
Repeat rows 1 ans 2 to have 6cm
Start making increases in the front part, in my case I make 2 increases on each half double crochet row, but you can make more increases to make the part of the bust bigger. Stop increasing on the armhole

Make the flower stitch to have the width of the shoulders, making 2 complete flowers.

Sew the botton part with the flowers part as is explained on the video
